TomTom Site any problems?

Has anyne had a reply from Tomtom at all? and if so what was the turnaround time?

Also iam trying to download Ver 2.24 and GPS 2.08. I got ".08 ok but apparently have to delete the old one. On an Axim what prog whould it be?

And on the 2.24 download i get nothing!!! just small script at the bottom of the page asaying download Ok but i cant find it anywhere on the comp.

Oh and ref my Non GPs probs.. At last have spoken to someone in Dell who knows what they ar doing and they are sending a replacement Holder and GPS receiver. Hopefully that will cure it!
Anbd thanks to all of you who took the trouble to reply to my problems. I am still a newby with this stuff, but give me time
