Garmin i3

Hi
Have just purchased an i3 and have downloaded cameras but cannot seem to unzip the files. What do i use, or do I have to install a programme to unzip files? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks Andy. Have downloaded unzip file, and managed to download cameras on to my Garmin. All working ok now. Thanks also to Robert.
