Mate lost IPAQ, he has europe CD maps, I have a GO

I'm going on Hol with my mate soon. He was going to take his IPAQ becuase he has european maps. But, he's lost it!

Is there anyway I can install the france map onto my GO from his CD?

Will he need to contact TomTom and get the licence released so I can use it (he won't be using it again as he'll proably buy one of the new GOs which will be pre-installed with europe).

You'll need to copy the maps onto an SD card to use with your GO. It'll then come up asking for activation, go to www.ttcode.com to get the activation code, should work as long as he hasn't already activated it more than once.
