Slooooow speech on TT 500

Hi,

I have a TT 500 with 5.440. I have had three instances now where for some reason the directions are spoken "veeery sloooowly" (sort of like a 45 playing at 33 [remember the days of vinyl records Wink

]. Changing voices doesnt make any difference and even the "tests" are spoken slowly.

If I use the little reset "button" under the TT it reboots and all is OK again. I have only had the unit for two weeks. Has anyone else had or heard this problem?. Is it worth logging a support call?.

how many POI categories do you have enabled?

Anyhow, it shouldn't behave like that. Better log the support call.

Hi.
Similar thing happened on mt ttg 700 2 weeks ago straight after latest download of 5.440 firmware.
My family thought ttg had been on the bottle and we all had a good laugh.
This has been a one off. I have had it 11 months.
