avoid pc world dundee

bougt tomtom 910 on monday. tried the system on tuesday on way to england unit kept powering of and on. took back to pc world on wednesday afternoon for them to check it. they said they would contact me later that day. no contact from them ill went to shop on saturday and they said there was no fault on it.
ill took it away and tried it again on saturday and same fault was happening again. i returned unit this morning and they said they would need to check it. surprising when i went to collect it again they said there was no fault on it and i said there was. when i asked for a full refund i was told i was getting system back.

then it just so happened another person brought 1 back and this was his second replacement. they reluctantly admitted there there was a fault on them and we were both refunded very luck i was beware of pc world for refunds.

Thanks for the warning with regards to PC World in Dundee I'll give it a wide birth and stick to my local shop. PC World in Birmingham. (Highgate) :D

No but seriously, you can get good and bad all over the place but with the exception of PC Worlds after-care service, which is pretty bad (in my opinion).

I've had plenty of good help and advice from them in the past.
