I have recently been driving along the M4 near swindon and have noticed a camera i have never seen before. It is white in colour, Both on the same pole, one facing the oncoming traffic and the other as the traffic has passed. Both cameras have a little antenna on top of them. Does anyone know what this camera is for?

Doesn't sound like it. It sounds more like one of the traffic (jam) monitoring systems.
