Is Garmin WorldMap the best I can do for maps of Turkey? Can anyone recommend better software that would be compatible with my GPS unit?

| On a Garmin GPS unit AFAIK you can only use Garmin map products. It is very difficult to get decent scale maps of Turkey because they are paranoid about security. |

| That's sad...well, I went ahead and purchased the Garmin WorldMap software. Hopefully, it will have enough detail for my purposes. Thanks again. |

one has to wonder why, i mean, is a good available map is really going to affect security?
