These are demos from a 910 run at between 300 and 400% of normal speed that are meant to provide some examples of the 910's text to speech both good and bad. Hopefully this will help you determine if it's worth the extra money over the Go510. Personally I find it useful but I can already hear certain members, you know who you are, bitching and moaning because not every name has perfect pronunciation. Be patient since youtube seems pretty slow and the video may take some time to load.

Hi Guys.
It just played for me but desperately slow, unwatchable really.
So what I did was go watch TV, make a cuppa then came back and played it again.
Runs a lot smoother when played 2nd time.
Mystified as to why you guys can't connect though.  Sorry I can't help.

Just tried the demo played perfectly at 09:27 gmt audio was at the correct speed video was smooth.
I'm on broadband dial up will be poor. |

It's playing now.
Sounds good for the most part, but some of it sounds robotic and it doesn't even manage to pronounce "Avenue" well. I hope that's soemthing that can be rectified in the upgrades. |
