I'm running TT5 on an Ipaq 6340 which was all working well for a few months then it suddenly reverted back to my old address and an old favorites list. If I change the home location or delete a favorite the changes only last while I'm in the program. The next time I run the program again it's reverted back putting the deleted favs back in and changing my home location back to the old one. Anyone else having this problem or better yet know a solution?

It could be the SD Card Read Only switch is set to Lock, or the cfg File in the Map Folder has now got a Read Only Attribute Set.

Take the SD Card out to see if the switch on the side has been moved. Should ne nearer the contacts end.

With Explorer check the Properties of the Map.cfg File. It will have the same name as the Map Folder. If you can't change the Read Only Attribute from the Device, you will have to Copy it to the PC, change it there and then Copy it back.

Make sure you give TomTom a couple of seconds when exiting to save settings before you turn your Ipaq off, on mine there is a slight flicker on the screen which saves changes, you turn it off before that and it wont save.

It worked with mine anyhow :D
