269+ help required

Hi all,
I have successfully unlocked my 269+ but in the process have overwritten my original miostartup.exe. Does anyone know if i do a hard reset the original file will be restored? A cannot get the mio usb transfer utility to work without it as i have installed active sync. I am scared to hard reset as without the mio transfer utility working i'll be unable to do a full recovery. Failing that would someone be kind enough to email me their original miostartup.exe file for a 269+

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes. Making a hard reset with the switch on the back will restore yous Mio.
You will have to set the clock, langguage etc again.
