Road Angel vs GPS Speed Camera Database

Can anyone who has used both the road angel and gps speed camera devices tell me which one is more effective and accurate. I would also appreciate comments as to how this may be difference when going outside of the UK into Europe. Many thanks.

I use both Road Angel 2 and Tom Tom Go 700 with gps camera database installed.
Both are very good but the POI on the Tom Tom has the edge when new cameras spring up or are moved.
The Laser part has never gone off on the Angel even when approaching the camera vans.
I cover around 60000 a year in and around Southern England .

A recent trip to France using the 700 showed only two cameras for the Autoroute down to the Alps, got flashed on the way back in Reims It was sitting in a box on the centre divide with no warning.
Strange to be blinded at night with a forward facing camera. Doing 125 in a 110 km zone.
You cant use a Road Angel in France at all, one of my work mates had his crushed by the police and a very large fine.
Also the subs for the Angel is much more than here.
Dont get me wrong, I'm not slagging the angel, it is very good but for the money, you get so much more with the 700.
