Hi there,
I have worked myself thru a bunch of forums to find alternative voices for the Transonic 5000 by Navigon. So far I have found about 3 in the german forums, but the standart German voice my system is unbearable..
I was wondering if anyone here knows about englisch voices oder has a hint where I could can the standart UK voice (anything is better than what i have). I tried a German domina, which is fun for a while, but not for allways...
One gets the impression the folks at Navigon are well asleep while TomTom has quite a few more funny voices...The voices are what make this fun, I decided for the Navigon Transonic 5000, cause of TMC, which works great!
Hope someone can help.
Greetings
Navpaddy
By the way: if someone would send me the standart uk voice by email
it would be greatly appreciated!!!!. It can be found (once the device is connected to the PC by the Navigon software) in mnav folder under sounds...It can be copied (not dragged!). |

Cheers for the link ray! Trouble is, there are only .wav files and the Navigon Transonic uses a files format .sfs (Whatever that is...). I suppose is a compacted file, which may contain .wav files, but I havnt got a clue.
Am I the only one in the UK that wonders about alternative voices for the Transonic PNA ? Does anyone else own one ? I am really only after any english voice....
Greetings
