Differences between PNA200 & PNA175

Hi,

I have a pna200 and my Mother has a pna175 both with POI warner.

The 175 works fine, when the poi tries to speak at the same time as the navigator, the navigator is over ridden by the poi sound.
On my 200 they speak at the same time and merge into an unintelligable crackle.

Both machines are running Medion Navigator 4.75 and both have the same version number of POI warner.

Can anyone tell me how to stop my pna200 from playing both sounds at once?
On the M25 it drives me nuts as there are cameras on every gantry.

Can someone please save my sanity and suggest a way to stop this happening, I've done several hard resets but to no avail.
