unable to be directed to the correct download page

Sir I have registered, payed (with PayPal) and the money was taken out of my account just over a week ago.
I login without any problems, but when I try to go to the download page, to download the latest camera database I just get sent to the Membership subscription page!

Welcome to the forums!

When you make a payment through PayPal that is funded by Instant Bank Transfer (the vast majority of transactions) we receive your payment and you become a Member immediately.

If, as in your case, you used eCheque we would not have received your payment immediately. Funds will only be received once cleared through the banking system. As soon as payment clears (usually up to 4 working days, but sometimes longer) you will receive your membership details automatically.

If you prefer, I can cancel your PayPal payment and you can use Nochex for immediate subscription. Please let me know.
