voice instructions on bluetooth headset? Flip closed? HELP

I am new to this and have checked for an answer.I just bought TT5 and am using it on a 910i. Can you get instructions on a bluetooth headset as opposed to only on the phone?
I cant get the tom tom to appear ont eh aplications with flip closed so closing the flip switches off the program.
Is there a way around this?
Any help for this newbie would be apprecaited

I don't like the 'flip' bit and so have taken it off. I find the phone is noticably slimmer, works as a phone more easily and TT5 works well. I use the handwriting recognition all the time and so the loss of the flip thingy isn't a drama...

Try taking it off!
