I think you'll find the April one was shown as March by mistake, the version number was later than the previous ' actual March' one. The next should be the May one in the next week or so.

The database is released a month in advance, the April one came out on the 29-03-2006.
Then next one is due 29-04 or there abouts and that will be the May release.
