Downloading and using extra maps

Tom Tom One on order. Plan to download map of SE USA from Tomtom to use on hols.

Question is, will I need another SD Card or will I be able to load and use USA map with existing set up out of the box....map is listed as 217.7mb

I presume that you’re in the UK, is that correct?

I think that the TomTom ONE GB maps come on a 128Mb sized SD card. I’d suggest that you buy a larger SD card, 512Mb or even 1GB, and load the GB and USA maps on the same SD card.

You can then keep the original GB SD card in a safe place in case anything ever goes wrong.
