road works cameras

I live in the south west plymouth area UK , a lot of road works on the
A 38. & M5 It would seem that as the road works moves further along the temp camera sites are still showing on the data base for over a month.

How often are these roads checked for camera sites? any one know??

I think you misunderstand how the database works, we receive reports from users which we verify by a number of means such as multiple reports of the same camera, physical verification etc.

Updates and deleteions happen in the same way so if you know a location is wrong tell use about it! We do not have survey teams scouring the country yet!

Many thanks for your help Darren, I do understand how the data base is updated. What interested me was the fact that over two months have gone by without any update.

It may be of course that no one has bothered (like me!) to send in the changes.

I will do just that should I need to this week.
