Maps update download

Hi

I am not much of a techy but I have a Qtek2020i running Tom Tom Navigator 5 but I am not sure how to go about updating the maps. I have been updating the speed camera data base but as I lost the original documentation/box I do not have the activatin code.

Is there any way I can get the activation code and what do I ned to get it? or is there another map version/type which will work. Prsently the maps version is v562
