Hi Forum
I have searched forum and can't seem to find the answer to my problem;-

After successfully creating a ".ov2" and ".bmp" file using the latest Makeov.exe program (using CMD window) I have tried various ways to copy these to my PPC, the files are there in the map directory, but TT5 will not display them?

I can open the file in PoiEdit program and the data displays OK! (note that the poi file only includes 1 line of data)

TT5 knows the file is there because if I tried to create a POI Category of the same name it tells me the name already exists??

I have noticed that all the dowloaded POIs have an extra "setup" file to accompany the ".ov2" and ".bmp" files, should I have one of these?

Please help, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks, Mark 8O

You only need the ov2 and bmp Files to display a POI.

Have you copied the Files to the Map Folder as Files or as a Folder?

How many POI categories have you added?

Currently there is a maximum of 39 you can add/use.

Thanks for reply oldboy.

Yep I thinks thats the problem, I have 42 loaded!

The Gatso POIs takes up many files, is it possible to put all the files in 1 POI to limit the 39 restriction?

Thanks, Mark.

If you download the Consolidated Files the ov2 are reduced to 5.Smile

They are Listed by Types and not Speed Zoned.;)
