medion md95233 destine for the bin

hi can some one help me, i have had my tom go changed at work for this bit of sh..t, it has no POI or speed cameras on it,but looks like i am stuck with it, i was told that you can load the tom software on it but i cant find any info on how to do it, come to think about it i cant find any one who wants to talk about it....any way if some one can point me in the right direction of help me out that would be great
