Finally a response from TomTom, although this seems to concern bluetooth users more than wired ones like me - HP released another rom update for the 5550 a few days ago & it includes a whole bunch of bluetooth fixes. Nothing in the list of patches looks like a fix for my problem but you never know; I've patched my ipaq and I'll report back.

Hi!

I've been trying to download the latest bluetooth drivers from the HP website (http://h18004.www1.hp.com/support/files/handheldiPAQ/us/download/19668.html) but keep getting a page cannot be displayed message. In their infinate wisdom, HP advised me to download the latest version of IE, which I duly did, only to get the same message...
Any suggestions anyone?

Works for me. If you've got any security/ firewall software, turn it off & try again.
