Is it possible to get 'push email' (such as the blackberrys) on the O2 XDA mini S?

The latest ROM for the Kjam supports push email, O2, TMobile etc should also when they release their updates. |

I don't see the big issue - unless you're using the blackberry email address, it's not true push email - so, for example if you're on O2, you'll have to hand out another email address - somebody@o2email.co.uk, otherwise you'll be automatically checking your exisiting pop3 email address (for instance) every fifteen minutes anyway. Just as easy to set up an XDA to do this same check for you anyhow.
That sounded better in my head. |

Thanks for your time and answers. To add to it I'm not actually bothered about the email address a such, all I want is a way that I dont have to log onto my GPRS to check my email, I just want it to automatically come straight to my phone. Im sure this cant be done, otherwise blackberrys would not be needed but I just thought id ask anyway :D _________________ Tcepser

In the new O2 book (for april) According to them, the XDA mini S supports live email (push email) Microsoft Exchange server 2003 (or something like that) is required.
Can anyone explain this or anyone seen the advert and know what it is about?
