Had the TT5 about a week now, and tried logging on this morning to get the free trial of "plus" services
Little handbook jobby says set up an account, which I did, and then use the password "plus" to get one month free access to "Plus" services
This password doesn't work. TBH, I can't imagine it's the right one, as it's printed in the booklet, so everyone would have the same one! Am I being thick and missing a password elsewhere? I've looked all through all the stuff that came in the box (and AT the box) and am seeing nothing..... |

PLUS is the correct password. this will expire a month after first use, so it is no problem if everybody sees it printed.

I log on to my account, and enter "Plus" as the code (and also tried "plus" and "PLUS") and get the message:-
"The code you entered does not exist, please try again"

| Tried doing it through the TomTom site, via the POI downloads. I pick the UK Safety Camera (why more expensive than anywhere else) and tick the box. But there's nowhere to go from there - no download, or "next" button... |

OK, so I've now worked out that I have to activate the "Plus" stuff from the PDA, and have done it.
Tried to get the Safety Camera stuff, but now being told "It is not possible yet to buy PLUS items directly from your device"
So, just how do I get them?! ! |
