using camera datatbase with co-pilot 5

Help, I am a new user trying to update the speed camera database. Just paid up and downloaded zip files which appear to be csv files. last time I updated the free files (and followed instructions on link) the files were suffixed dat/nms/tst/gdx which I simply dropped into a folder in my Mitac Mios SD card - the instructions on the Alk website state these should be the same? what am I doing wrong?

If you're using CoPilot they accepted format is now .ov2. See the thread explaining this in the CoPilot forums.

OV2 files will only work with CP6. If you're still using CP5, you will need to use the CSV files from this site. I think that ALK have stopped producing their own set of files and, under the new susbcription scheme, are probably now unable to.
