16Meg limit on POI upload

When I try to save my POI CSV (edited pocketgps_uk_gatso.*) 147k to device I get "names and places exceeded 16MB limit. format in editor is

30"@-3.031220,53.807650,"GATSO:10913@30"

format in csv is

50.683040 -2.177880 "GATSO:1@40”

Has anyone had this and resolved it? loading to Navman ICN 510 with SmartST v3

The format in .csv needs to be

50.683040, -2.177880, "GATSO:1@40”

i.e. commas after the lat and long.
