Blackberry + Sat Nav?

Does any one know if one can use a "blackberry" for sat nav, (and no i don't mean a piece of fruit) ie by buying a blue tooth gps reciever, and installing tomtom or such like

TomTom is a bit of a far stretch, but some BlackBerries are known to run Java based GPS solutions. Wayfinder for example.
