Inconsistent routing- Garmins response

Are you using beta 5.02? If you are that is your problem.Garmin have pulled it from their site due to inconsistent route calculations.The problem with the beta software is that it corrupts some variables.A master reset should be performed after 5.02 to cure this problem.Garmin have v5.03 beta which negates the need for a master reset and cures the routing problem but havent released it to the public. I suggest you flash back to v4.80 until Garmin release v5.10 final any day now.

Hi,
Just download the v4.80 firmware from here

It is a winzip file which you will need to unzip to your pc
In the file is a prog called updater
Connect your 310 to pc with usb cable,switch on c310 and double click the updater file (it may ask what connection you have,if so its USB) and it will be done automatic.

DO NOT TURN PC OR GARMIN OFF UNTIL IT TELLS YOU IT HAS FINISHED OR YOU WILL RENDER THE 310 USELESS.

Forgot to mention that you will lose your Favourites and User settings so you will have to re-enter them.

It is easy really just follow the instructions on Garmins site
