do you load it on your sd card of internal memory? i load it on the internal memory....that why i think i am having problems playing music...

i say load your sd card and run it from there

The main TomTom software will install onto your PDA and the maps, postcodes onto your SD Card.

When installing the maps use a Card reader, if you can, as it will be much faster than using Activesync.
