Tom Tom 1 DB

Hi all, I have Tom Tom GO 300 and have successfully downloaded all my updates including the camera database but a friend of mine has the Tom Tom 1, he is like myself new to Sat Nav. and I wondered, would he use the same download as I used, namely for the Tom Tom Go 300 for the speed camera database or would it be another.
