Destinator Lite software freeze - found the specifics, help!

Hello,
I have just purchased and successfully tested out an ACER N35 with Destinator Lite. It is pretty crude and functional, though for a first GPS its not bad at all!..
My problem is that whenever I go to enter an address, theres a particular section where it freezes and requires a hard reset to get the Acer running again. On entering addresses, there's 3 options - Postcode search, Street Search, Country-Street-Name search... whatever. With the Street Search option, the moment I click on any section of the screen to enter a detail it just freezes. The GPS light turns off or remains on (normally it should be blinking) and it requires a hard reset. I've searched google and these forums and found only one other case of this problem and that went unresolved (on this forum infact). Initially I thought it was perhaps because I was using it while charging it with the car charger, but even without the car charger it freezes.

Anyone have ANY clues, any ideas, suggestions feedback much appreciated! Cheers.

I have been having exactly the same problem - frustrating is not the word. I have emailed Acer and am awaiting a reply
