305N and 305III?!?

Hi,
I'm in the process of getting a CF GPS receiver for my ipaq hx4700 to run Memory-map and Tom Tom 5 on it.

As a complete novice on such things, can anyone please explain what the benefits of each of these cards are against each other and what I should look out for. I understand one has low power use and the other is very sensitive but I'm at a loss as to which to get!

Most of the work I'll be doing will be walking in fairly rural open spaces, maybe being out of the car for upto about 3-4 hours at a time but with the occasional bit of city 'trawling the streets' sort of stuff.
