tom tom 3 & spv m5000

Does anybody know if windows mobile 5 will run tom tom 3? I have tried installing it on my new spv m5000 & it stops the installation every time saying it has encountered a problem

Since there was a problem with TT5 and WM5 that was only solved with the latest update of TT my guess is that the answer is no.
