No they can't. I ordered mine 7 weeks ago and they still haven't delivered it. I've now told them not to bother. Whatever you do don't order from TomTom
PCWorld has them for £19.99 + delivery.

A SD card won't fit in my Tom Tom One case, the pouch is a fraction tight.
