Sending my Location

My current set up with iPAQ, bluetooth GPS receiver and bluetooth phone enables me to run TTN5 and Traffic on my iPAQ and receive realtime traffic information via GPRS over the phone. Wow - it's black magic as far as I am concerned but it works!

But what about using the same hardware to send out information? Is anyone aware of some simple software that I can stick on my iPAQ that will allow me to send my current location at regular time intervals (say every 5 mins) and upload them to a website, or even my own website?

yes, there are a few solutions out there, including CoPilot Live where your position is reported to their server for anyone to see.

It's also reasonably trivial to write this yourself. All you need is GPS port splitting (a la GPSGate) and a HTTP Post (even a Get will do) of the $GPRMC string to your server.
