Where To?

Just got the Garmin i3 and upgraded to firmware 2.7 but not sure if I accidently did something else as if I now go to Where To? there are no options for Food, Hotels & More, etc, all I get to see is: 1) Go Home 2) Recent Finds 3) My Favourites 4) Cities.

What do I need to get everything back to how it was?

And just one other thing, when I load start the unit it always says "Please insert the TransFlash (microSD) Memory card" but I have already put it in.

Is this supposed to appear every time I startup?

Incidentally, how can I 'see' the contents of the memory card once I've connected it up to my computer?

take out the flash card and put back in 1 or 2 time this dos the trick most times
