is their a way to reset your navman? (550) to default

well my navman is up the wall cant do nothing on it wont even connect to activesync, now is their a way to reset it fully?

i want to reset the device and re-install smartst

the only resets i find are the little tiny pin 1 that just - restarts the device + the hold the middle button on the left to restart the device.

i want to know if their is anything i can do to reset the device fully.
