Help installing Navman sleeve

I have recently bought a second hand Navman sleeve and when I try to connect it to my iPaq 3870 I get the message 'Unrecognized Card' 'Please load drivers'? I didn't get any drivers with the sleeve but I did get TomTom 2 software. Even with this loaded I still get the message and no fix or signal? Can anyone please help?

Install the Navman Serial Driver, eject the sleeve, soft reset the iPAQ and then put the sleeve back on and you should be okay to go.
