Finally got the Brodit Proclip from wwwhandnav.co.uk/ this morning, having ordered it before christmas! I must admit their service is crap, having sent them two e-mails to find out what was happening with no reply. I finally got through by phone. However it's here now & fitted in the Saab & far better than the old clip fitted professionaly which obscuered the SID screen. It even came with a little tool to prise the dash apart to slot it in. So I guess it was worth waiting for. |

I ordered a Brodit Pro-clip for the Volvo and an Exec mount last Sunday, it arived yesterday morning (2 days) - Very good service, nice unit. So no problems for me, perhaps the part you ordered wasn't in stock plus the Christmas break would compound this problem - Mike |

Just out of curiosity do you have to use an external ariel with these fittings not as though I can think of a good place that doesn't obstruct something else |
