Stuttering problem

Hi

Ive just updated to 5.20, but when im travelling the map seems to stutter along, especially at roundabouts.(very small freezes) I'm sure it was much smoother before. I have quite a few poi, but none are enabled to show on map, only the speed camera data base.

i'm using c500, but upgrading to c600.

any ideas? thanks in advance

Firstly, don't get excited at this response as it's not a solution... Wink

However, I just thought I'd let you know that I too have a C600 with TT5.20 and it works as smooth as before (C500 and TT5), if not better (it could be the screen making it look 'better' though.

So, it certainly sounds like there's a problem... I would ordinarily have suggested the not-displaying POIs but given you've tried that... Question

Ah.. having said that you say 'none other than the speed camera database'. Did you know that you can turn the display of (all) POIs off, yet still have the 'warn when near POI' on? Then, when you're near a camera it'll warn you AND display that particular POI/camera on the map whilst still leaving full processing power for updating the map at other times. Give it a try... (unless you already have done)
