iPaq 2110 (TT Nav3), BT Mobile and Parrot CK3100

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can fill in the blanks for me! I currently have an iPaq 2110 running Tomtom 3 (Update well over due) with a wired GPS receiver. Complete system been running OK since I bought it great stuff!

I am considering buying a Parrot CK3100, The question is, what can it do for me regarding making a bluetooth connection to my iPaq?
I have read posts regarding the iPaq being able to interupt the Audio system and give it's announcements on the Parrot, I assume this is using a PDA Phone rather than a stand alone PDA and Phone?

Does anyone know what the Parrot can do for me with this setup?
