I am a very experienced BB site operator. I can tell you this site has far too many forums, it's a mistake I made at first.

You need to rationalise and consolidate them into fewer, more active ones.

What is surprising is the lack of any aviation GPS forums, since GPS has been big in light aircraft for years. Companies like Garmin have far more aviation models than automotive ones.

A fair point and one we're aware of. I agree that forum navigation is a problem.

A case in point is there is an aviation/marine forum here but it's relatively quiet as aviators and mariners tend to stick to their own dedicated website forums (I'm a UK PPL btw )

A cull of dormant sites may be well overdue.
