Purchasing Additional Maps

I recently purchased CoPilot V8 (Europe version on DVD) for WinMob. I want to purchase maps for South Africa. Copilot Central does not allow me to do this saying this map is not available (although it is listed). Updating maps on my device (HTC Touch 3G) doesn't work either, it says that my license will not allow me to download this map. How does one purchase extra maps? Has anyone else had this problem?
