Navigator 6500xl & Tom Tom 5

My uncle has the MyGuide Navigator 6500xl, which is working find, but he wanted the Tom Tom software loading on it. So I loaded in on the card, installed & activated it for him. Everything worked except the voices, the folder was on the card (with all the voices in it) but none of them worked when the TT5 software was in use.

I even tried putting my card in his pda (I have the Acer n35 & TT5 works perfectly) but the same thing happened, all loaded, but no voices. Has anyone got any ideas please.

load one pair of VIF/CHK files into the application folder, and select the voice again.
