TTN2 & 2210 requires reset if switchedoff

Hi All,



I can replicate this fault by;

1. Load TTN2 on a HP2210.

2. Choose navigator from the menu.

3. Turn the 2210 off via the power button.

4. The 2210 can only be turned back on via the reset     button on the back of the PDA.



Please note that no third party POI's have been loaded so the colour depth problem of the .bmp file is not an issue here.



Has anyone else had this problem?

This can happen with a lot of applications. Not all applications are good at regaining control. I always religiously make sure I exit applications like TomTom Navigator before powering off, because if you have a task or appointment that wakes the Pocket PC up later in the day, it won't then go to sleep, and TomTom (and other apps) will force the PC to stay alive and eat your batteries.
