Hi, has anyone tried TTM on a t-Mobile Vario. I can't find any reference to it being supported on the Tomtom site but have found one or two vague references in other forums. My c500 is due for an upgrade and I was going to go for the c600 until I started to read about the Vario.
Does anyone have any experiences please.

The Vario is a PocketPC not a Smartphone and so will happily run TomTom Navigator PocketPC.

Thanks but this is where I start to get confused. I understand that the Vario runs Windows Mobile 5 as does the c600 and as I have already purchased TTM5 I would like to use it on my new phone. Am I correct in assuming that TTM5 will run on the Vario?

No. There is Windows Mobile 5 for PocketPC's and Windows Mobile 5 for Smartphones.
The Vario runs Windows Mobile 5 PocketPC. The c600 runs the Smartphone edition. When v6 arrives it will be a single platform but until then you'll need the PocketPC version.

thanks for clearing that up. I think I'll go with the c600 as I have been happy with my c500 but fancied a change.

I too upgraded from a C500 to the Vario. It works fine with TT Navigator 5.2.
I also considered the C600, but I wanted a bigger display. |

OK I am still undecided. If I go for the Vario can I buy the TTN5 software only and will it work OK with the GPS receiver I got with my original TTM (i.e. pre TTM5)

Sorry forgot to ask. Can I use the bluetooth GPS receiver and a bluetooth headset simultaneously on the Vario?
