Hi

I have just upgraded my PDA/Phone combination to the O2 XDA Exec (JasJar), having sucessfully got TomTom (v5.21) working on the device.
I set up my TomTom Traffic account put in my email address that is registered with TomTom and password I use to access my account info on the TomTom site, the device connects to the internet and the account is validated by the TomTom server.
But when i come to actually connect to to retrieve traffic data I get a message briefly flashing up asking me to activate my account at the TomTom website and no traffic updates occur.
If I retry to get the traffic data I am presented with the screen to re-enter my login and password details. If I re-enter the logon details the acount is validated but I still cannot get traffic data, I just end up looping round in the above scene.

I have visited the TomTom site but cannot find anywhere to activate my traffic account but this is a traffic account that was previously working on my previous PDA/Phone combination (although that was on an Orange account not O2)

Any advise?

Sorted.

I raised the issue with TomTom support, after filling in the support form I was presented with a list of possible answers to my problem.

One of which was instructions on resetting my TomTom plus services.
This option was on the second screen of the change device section.
