What ALK are saying may well be true. In the France map it appeared to be impossible to leave the motorway at certain junctions, leading to stupid routes. On the revised CDs which I have, this no longer seems to be the case. These might be the restrictions they are talking about - it is very possible the maps themselves are unchanged. I have not yet had the chance to use them for real, but routes I have planned in France seem much better

Do you have the full European maps or just UK, Ponderous? I think this problem only applies to European toll roads (at least the only reference in the Forum to this specific problem have been France, Italy and the Mont Blanc tunnel). If you've only got UK maps you won't need an update. _________________ nick
