Emtac GPSJAQ & TommTom5

I have an iPaq 3630 plus an Emtac GPSJAQ receiever (with external antenna in the car). Up Until now I have been running this with TomTom Navigator 3 software.

I have upgraded the software to TomTom Navigator 5 and am having trouble getting it to see the GPSJAQ.

Has anyone got any ideas please?

It's not officially supported but you can try to specify "other serial receiver" or "other BT receiver" and then select the appropriate com port.

Please note that TTN5 does expect NMEA so you may have to reprogram the jacket accordingly.

Managed to set it to "other wired NMEA" and it now works a treat.
