help with medion

i have a medion mdpna100 and have used it to go through france with no problems but when we got back and i left it and didnt use it, and when i switched it on the sat nav had gone from it.
i am newe to this and cant get it to work any more all the other programs are still on but not the sat nav.
so if any one can help me re-load it please help
